Postal Service

Orders are shipped Monday through Friday using USPS shipping services.

Puerto Rico Standard Shipping Rate: $15

United States Standard Shipping Rate: Calculated by Zip code and weight

International Orders

We will be happy to offer a quote based on your destination country and the shipping methods available.  Please contact us via email for further details.

We make every effort to fulfill our orders promptly. We ship in stock items within 3 business days and personalized items within 7 business days. Orders placed over the weekend will be processed on the next business day. In the event of any delay, we will notify you via email.

 

Insurance
Customers have the option to purchase insurance for just a few dollars to cover any damage/loss to the package in-transit. On the payment page right under shipping, click YES on the insurance tab or decline if you would like to wave the coverage.  We are not responsible for packages shipped without coverage.

 

RETURNS AND EXCHANGE

Eligible items may be returned for Store Credit only.

Exchanges or returns must be within 30 days of purchase. Kuros Smoke Lounge will not accept any exchanges or returns after 30 days.

Exchanged or returned items such as cigar and smoking accessories, humidor, cutters, lighters, as well as hookahs or souvenirs must be in the same condition as the moment they were purchased. Cigars, tobacco items, opened shishas and CBD products and  DO NOT have exchanges or returns.

Let us know if you want something shipped back. We will gladly pack it and send it your way!

We recommend shipping packages back with a tracking number, lost packages without proof of receipt will not be given return credit. Please note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. A restocking fee will be assessed on orders that are refused by the customer at the time of delivery or returned due to an "un-deliverable" address.

To return or exchange your product, please follow these steps:

  1. Send us an email to smoke@kurospr.com , indicating the reason for return or exchange.

  2. Mail return or exchange item(s) to:

    3. Please ship your package using a trackable, insured shipping method.

    4. You will receive an email once return has been processed. Please allow 7 business days from the time we received your return, for credit to be issued.

Please Note:

  • Shipping charges are non refundable.

  • Products marked as “sale” may not be returned or exchanged.

  • Personalized items may not be returned or exchanged.

  • Gift cards may not be returned or exchanged.  

  • To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

  • To arrange a gift return, please email smoke@kurospr.com and we will assist you further.

  • Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and sent back to the customer.
